Troubleshooting
If the registration fails, here are our recommended solutions.
Problem:
Cannot activate the software with the received activation key.
Solution:
Please note that you need to enter both your registered e-mail address and the activation key in order to successfully activate the Easy CD-DA Extractor.
Make sure the activation key is valid. It is not case sensitive, however it is alphanumeric and must be entered exactly as it displays on your purchase confirmation. Try to use Windows copy/paste features to the activation key field.

Lost activation key
Solution:
You can log-in to our Customer Care Center to obtain copy of your activation key.
Keep your activation key and instruction in a safe place, you will need it again if you need to reinstall the Easy CD-DA Extractor. We may not be able to recover the activation key you have lost.
