If you have a ReplayGain compatible player then you can just use Scan ReplayGain function (under Metadata menu) and then Save Metadata. ReplayGain information is written to the metadata, id3v2 tag of the MP3 files.

If you want to permanently set the loudness to RG 89dB then you need to convert from mp3 to mp3 and enable Normalization / Apply ReplayGain / 89dB from DSP options. There is no significant audio quality reduction when converting mp3 from 192 to 192 kbps. EZ CD keeps the audio data at the highest resolution during the conversion (32-bit float precision is preserved in the case of mp3). Norrmalizing to 89 dB may lose the highest peaks of the audio. RG compatible players usually use 6dB pre-gain when playing in ReplayGain mode so it may be better to Normalize to 95dB (89dB + 6dB).
