Command line arguments

I frequently use CD-DA extractor to do multiple conversions, which would be a lot easier with a command-line interface so that I could use it in a batch file. For instance, I'd like to be able to indicate: Open all files in the current directory, load them, convert them, output the results into a single file in a new location. Having a set of command line arguments would make this simple to automate.
