Cover image not copied from source folder

In EZCD audio converter, if there's only one track in the source folder, the image is not copied over to the new folder when the option "Copy external Cover Art file from Source Folder" is selected. It only happens if there's one track, so it's probably related somehow.

It works in my test:

Please note that the "copy external cover art" feature does not overwrite existing image file (by design).

Well it does not work for me, whether the source folder only contains one track, or if I'm converting a single track from a mutli-track folder, the image is not copied to the new folder. Here are my settings, see if you can maybe reproduce them:

Found it

In some way related for converting just one file but the real bug was that if "audio file encoder thread" did not create the folder before "converter control thread" copied the image file from Source to Destination the copy failed because the Output Folder did not exist yet.

* Bugfix: 'Copy external Cover Art file from Source Folder' feature in Audio Converter (Options) did not reliably work (the output folder was not created prior trying to copy the file)
