Music database function not working

I have the Ultimate licence version of EZCD (v2.0.4 32-bit) and the music database retrieve function has stopped working. All data-base Freedb, Musicbrainz, GD3 show as not available. As i use EZCD fairly infrequently to rip CD's, i dont know when this happened but it was working a few months ago. I have checked the internet connection and this is working OK. I have restarted PC etc but no difference. I also tried a previous CD that i ripped before and it works ok. This may be something really simple but at moment i have a selection of 6 CD's that i cant rip. Any ideas?

Download and Install the latest version (now 9.1.3). All will work just fine. (Your license should include free updates)

Thanks Jukka, that worked a treat! Updated to the latest version and licence key installed ok. Glad it has same look and feel as the original version, great software and so easy to use.

I have a similar problem. I have the latest version, but I can't find this in the database.

It is possible that not all entries from Discogs database cannot be located. EZ CD Audio Converter expects "valid" JSON-data entry so it can parse the data correctly. Unfortunately there are many different variations how the data is presented in Discogs database. I'll take a look into this and try to improve it further

I too am having the same problem with both services when searching with the CD inserted. I have the 11.5.3 build with lifetime license and hopefully someone can help with this.

Freedb and MusicBrainz do not work in Easy CD-DA Extractor 11.5.3.
(Original Freedb services was shut down, MusicBrainz service protocol was changed few years ago)

If you have lifetime license then you can get all metadata services by downloading and activating the latest EZ CD Audio Converter.
